Had a great experience in the beginning but after many times getting my hair done there I felt as each time got lazy and half doing it every time after, the last time I went was because of a mistake that lead my hair dry and fried. I wanted a root touch up and ended up leaving with three different colors in my hair. I was charged for them rewashing my hair 3 times because I hated the way it looked and I was very upset and disappointed when I left, I’ve never paid so much for my hair until that day and never went back.
Loved my experience! Mykel was truly amazing and made the whole process feel effortless. I’m obsessed with my baby balayage — so natural and perfectly blended. The color was exactly what I wanted and somehow even better than I imagined. Would 100% recommend her for color and overall service!
Gotten my hair done by multiple people in Miami and have never experienced such good results than with Iyn at IGK. The color is always perfect and he will always make sure he can get you in and hands down is just one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. He does very well at what he does and has helped my hair so much. Grateful to have him as my hair person. Highly recommend
I just got my hair done by the amazing Mykel. She is the only person I trust with my hair no matter where she goes, I follow! Her talent is unmatched. She always gets my color perfect every. single. time. I genuinely look forward to my appointments with her because I know I’ll leave feeling happy, confident and completely obsessed with my hair!!! If you’re looking for someone who’s incredibly skilled, consistent and genuinely cares about her clients, go see Mykel she is the best!!
Update: This was my second time seeing Jacquie, and I truly don’t want anyone else touching my hair ever again. She just gets it. I walked in with a general idea of what I wanted, and she somehow brought it to life even better than I pictured. She’s insanely talented, so down-to-earth, and makes you feel totally at ease the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who’s both an artist and a great listener, Jacquie is that girl. So grateful I found her and will forever come back. I got a balayage done by Jacquie and if I could put more than 5 stars, I would. I told her I wanted blonde and that’s exactly what she gave me and more. I didn’t have any specific in mind and trusted her and oh my she went above and beyond. I now feel and look amazing all because of her hard work! Will be coming back to see her every time now. Highly, highly, highly, recommend.
