I was doing a one way move. I missed judged how big of a truck I needed. I really could have used 2 - 26’’s. I had ordered a 20’ and a 12’ trailer to be towed behind. I had to change my selection and this company worked me as they were already on site. We rescheduled for the next day. After the first truck was loaded we decided to get a second truck and take back the trailer. I unfortunately had quite a few items that weren’t able to be broken down. The guys took a lunch break while I went and got a 20’ (I should have just made it a 26’). It seemed like one hiccup after another as U-Haul had us going all over town to get a truck. The crew finished getting the washer/dryer unhooked and bringing everything to the garage to load on the next truck. I dropped off the next truck to the house so they could start loading it while I went to get my auto transport hooked up and my vehicle loaded. It was a load off my mind that they loaded everything without me having to monitor them. I gave them feedback a couple of times. They listened to my concerns and adjusted there packing to adhere to what I wanted. No complaints, no telling me they know how to load the truck. I felt comfortable leaving them to handle the other issues that took me away from the house. The head guy was very diligent with communicating with his crew. They worked together like a true team should. Thanks for helping get this move done!
I had an excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and handled all of my belongings with great care. Communication throughout the entire process was clear and consistent, which made the move completely stress-free. They worked efficiently, stayed organized, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was moved safely and on time. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and top-quality moving service.
These guys are amazing. Their communication was top notch and I was able to schedule their help less than a week before I needed it- thank you guys so much for being so accommodating on such short notice. Andrew and Stafford came and helped me move a heavy king sized mattress, a couple nightstands, and a dresser out of where I had been renting. They then brought those things into my fiancé and I’s new place and carried them up a few flights of some pretty narrow stairs. They did an excellent job and got the job done quickly. No damage. They were careful with my items and made sure they were adequately wrapped before moving them. What impressed me the most was how personable they both were. I had hired two men and a truck for less work the last time I had moved - didn’t get much communication, and got charged almost $1000 for three hours of work with them (with less distance between places) and they damaged my nightstand and dresser. Andrew and Stafford clearly cared about moving my items quickly and carefully, all while providing excellent customer service, and without emptying my pockets afterward or damaging anything they moved. I will be referring this company to my fiancé when he schedules to move his stuff over, as well as anyone else who is moving and wants to hire help. I will also be hiring them again in the future for when we decide to move again. You guys ROCK!!!! :)
My moving crew consisted of Izaiah, Emmett, & Cameron. We had a lot of heavy items and furnishings to move, from a first floor residence to a third floor location. These guys were polite, professional, conscientious, and worked harder than any movers (or anyone, actually) I’ve ever seen. They were organized and did not waste time. They deserve a big bonus for going well above and beyond in taking care of us, and being true professionals. I highly recommend iHaul/iMove, who was outstanding from initial contact to job completion. And I hope you have the good fortune to encounter this finest of moving crews. Awesome experience!!
We found a piano we loved on Marketplace and needed help getting it across town to our house. The movers carefully moved it out of a basement down several steps and back up a tricky incline to the street. They were very respectful of both houses and moved the piano into our living room with care. I appreciated the attention to detail, and the movers were friendly and respectful.
