5 stars is an understatement. The food is heaven, no matter your dietary preferences. They have something for everyone and that does NOT compromise the taste!! Even if you are a picky eater you'll love this place!! They have so many options to remove or add whatever you want.
Ikes has done it again- another good job. They never fail to have the best customer service in the food industry. They don't just serve sandwiches, they serve awesomeness! I frequent the Cupertino location, and they know me by name. But the downtown location was equally as friendly, great quality control for the sandwiches, and i got to try the famous limited time phantom dutch crunch. I usually go for the sabercat, but I thought I'd do an italian style meatball sub so i went with the SuperLuigi. 11/10. Phenomenal.🫡
I've had good sandwiches in the past but this is just embarrassing. My Thanksgiving sandwich is missing stuffing and cheese. Turkey and cranberry sauce on the world's flattest sandwich is not a $14 value. Why is the bread so pale? Update: They gave me two free sandwiches in my account (rather than the refund I would've preferred) and the icing on the cake is that I can only use one at a time. Since I only go here to grab dinner with my partner, I still have to buy a sandwich each time. This is the last two times I'll be buying anything here. Update #2: They did it again. Half my sandwich ingredients are missing. At least they cooked the bread this time but you have to be kidding me.
