Classic California vibes — clean store, friendly team, and that signature red-and-white look you can spot from afar. Our burgers were hot and juicy, veggies super fresh, and fries crispy right out of the fryer. The milkshake was creamy and rich — perfect combo for a weekend lunch! Fast service, bright atmosphere, and great for families. Definitely a must-try if you’re visiting California!

My food was smashed and the burger was not as good as it was before will definitely not be going back to this location me and my family will be going sun place else i used to support this business and spend around 150$ every 2 weeks because we love it so much but after last till now it just seems like the crew doesn't work with efficiency they should be camera auditive because wow what a mouth they have

This specific location caught me and my partner’s eye, as we were trying to find a specific In N Out location to eat at. The experience was marked by exceptional hospitality and cleanliness, elements that are becoming increasingly rare in fast food establishments. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and a welcoming demeanor, making me feel valued as a guest. The restaurant itself was spotless, with gleaming floors and well-maintained tables, indicating a high level of attention to detail and care. The friendly staff not only took my order promptly but also ensured everything was to my liking, embodying the spirit of good hospitality. I decided to indulge in a classic double-double and a milkshake, both of which lived up to the high standards I have come to expect from In-N-Out. The double-double was perfectly assembled, with fresh lettuce, juicy patties, and melted cheese creating a deliciously balanced flavor. Meanwhile, the milkshake was creamy and rich, offering a delightful complement to the savory meal. The efficiency of the service, coupled with the quality of the food, made for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience. Overall, I left the In-N-Out near Arden Fair with the assurance that both the food and the environment were consistently excellent.

Coming from the south the hospitality from the staff was great ! A plus . 😊 Inside and out was clean . I was so happy to see fresh cut fries. I ordered the #2 single patty meal with animal fries. I was a bit disappointed at the size of the burger patties , however it was fresh and tasty but not much meat . The cheese on the fries weren’t hot stiff but not nasty as it could’ve been. Overall I was satisfied. I’ll give it another try on my next visit to Cali hopefully a better turnout.
