This place made us feel like we were trying to steal tickets. Once we were ready to exchange our cards For a prize the young employee told us the cards that we gave her were not from their machine. She insisted She wanted to mark the card to prevent anyone from getting tickets With it in the future . We took the employee back to the machine, we got the card From and she seen for herself that the cards that We had given her were the exact same ones inside the machine. Our son was very unhappy And chose Not to get a prize before leaving she made him feel very uncomfortable he got in the car and was very sad . No employee should make a child feel that way. Very upsetting .
Great place to have fun with the kids. We had a long 5 hour drive back home so we decided to let the kids eat and have some fun so we got the (eat and play combo). Had some issues with the kitchen not communicating are order and had to wait almost two hours, it was 7, of us waiting at the table. but thanks to the Manager Ray, who was awesome and very considerate of the kid's. Thanks for making things right, Definitely 5star manager! will be back when in town again, this time I may just order the giant pizza it would have been quicker lol. Thanks again to your team and to you sir.
First I have to say we have gone every time we visit the area over the last 3 years. Every time we love it. It's always pretty calm, the pizza is good and staff always goes above and beyond. My son and nephew were on the bumper boats and were only 2 kids. To my dismay they started shooting water at the staff and instead of them just getting mad or ignoring them the 2 staff members jumped in and played with them.
First time going and I was really surprised at the amount of machines and rides that they have. The place is super clean and there is someone always cleaning machines after being used. It's much larger then I expected. Prices are decent and the dining area is very large. Great fun for a family looking for something todo. The whole place is very well maintained!
Amazing place to take the kids. Go karts, putt putt, video games, bumper boats, bumper cars, batting cages, and three different amusement park rides. Video games are very similar to what you would find at a chukie cheese. They do have food and drink options there, but we ate lunch before we went. The putt putt course is by far the best one around. It's clean and very well kept up. The only thing I didn't care for was they charged us for an extra person for my 2 yr old to be a passenger on the bumper boats $8 and bumper cars $6. Other than that, it's a really fun place.
