Awesome place ! Service super nice ! The food was delicious! I’ll definitely come back !!!
It’s sad to leave a review like this but the only reason why I gave this restaurant a 2 star is for the service(she was the saving grace from getting no stars). The young lady was very sweet and nice. Didn’t check on us until after we were done eating but the service was good overall. Now let’s get to the food. The veg pakoda was very subpar I’ve had a lot better. Now the main issue is had was the palak paneer. I’ve never had it this water and flavorless. I eat this dish often while in Florida(where I live) and the color isn’t the same. I couldn’t even tell spinach was in it. Very disappointing to say the least. Finally the mango lassi was just straight yogurt. I couldn’t even tell it was really mango outside of the color because the taste wasn’t there. They should really take pointers from my favorite Indian spot in Tampa Florida called Curry Leaves. This place missed the mark completely. I don’t understand the comments and question if they know what it’s supposed to taste like unless I happened to get it on a bad day. I will tag a photo(table has white cloth) of the palak paneer I’m used to seeing and eating for reference
Waa in Dallas for a conference. Had a taste for Indian food. I hit the jackpot here. Food was delicious. Great portions. Don't think you can go wrong with eating here. One of the best places I have been for Indian Food. Definitely will go back when I am in Dallas.
I started off with the chili momos. They were solid. It had a good amount of kick, though the server was kind enough to ask for my spice tolerance beforehand. It wasn't quite as crunchy as I would've liked, and the flavor was satisfactory. There's 6 pieces which isn't a lot for what you order, but it was definitely pretty solid. Unfortunately I was a little more disappointed with the chicken tikka masala. While the sauce was perfectly normal, the chicken was definitely overcooked. For a place with such high ratings, I was expecting a meal commendable for the near 5 star ratings. Although good, I'm unsure if this place does anything better than the next Indian restaurant. It doesn't beat on price, and it doesn't beat on taste
Lamb biryani was good. Too bad they have no AC in middle of a Texas July; there was a hair in my drink though. Hard to enjoy my meal with all that sweat dripping into the food.
