I highly recommend individual specialist for any work that needs carrying out ! They are absolutely amazing the communication was efficient and on point I never ever had to call in for an update, the collect my car the following day from audi and was extremely prompt. It took a week for my car to be fixed which they also gave me a courtesy car in the mean time. The car came back to myself better then ever ! It looked even better collecting it from individual specialist then it did collecting it from the dealership. I highly recommend they was absolutely amazing !

Main dealership and showroom standard, if not better, cleanliness and layout. Received regular update’s on the progress of my repair work. All genuine and original manufacturer parts were used. Totally in awe with their commitment. My Velar looked as good on the day that I collected her brand-new.
