I dropped my iPad off at Infinite Tech Bros because the screen had water damage. I only asked for a quote to see how much it would cost to fix the screen, check for any internal damage, and possibly replace the battery. At first, I was told to come back in an hour. I did, only to find out nothing had been done. The next day, I was told to wait until 12 noon for a call with an update — I never received one. When I followed up myself, I was told a completely different story. Initially, I was quoted $180 just to look at it, then told he “didn’t realize it was water damage” and that the normal diagnostic fee is $45, which he said he would waive. Without my authorization or any clear pricing discussion, I was later told he had already replaced the battery and fixed something else that had water damage and that the total would be $280. This was never approved or was explained beforehand. When I got upset, the price suddenly dropped to $160. When I went in to pick it up, my iPad was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional I was given multiple different prices (honestly felt like 10–15 different numbers) before landing on $188 at the counter. I wasn’t greeted, wasn’t thanked, and the staff was rude and dismissive. The lack of communication, surprise charges, and unprofessional behavior were unacceptable. Please be cautious especially if you are a woman. I genuinely felt taken advantage of. I would not recommend this place.

I had an amazing experience with infinite Tech Repair these people really know what they are doing they fixed my device quickly professionally and at a very fair price the honesty and the customer service here is on another level they explained everything clearly showed me the issues and made sure I was happy before finishing the job. The store has every service you can think of phone repair laptop repair tablet repair console repair engraving accessories and even recycling for old devices their pricing is very reasonable and the quality is way better than other shops I have tried before. I felt very comfortable and respected as a customer they don't try to push anything or overcharge they simply do the right thing and take care of you like family . If you want fire service great prices trustworthy people and high quality work infinite Tech Repair is the only place to go . highly recommended to everyone

The service is excellent, very friendly, and they always make sure everything is perfect. Honestly, I love this guy—I don’t know why, but he is the most genuine person I have ever seen in any repair shop I’ve been to. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs phone repairs

Great experience! Big, clean space and very good service. I had my iPhone 14 Pro Max and iphone 13 screen and battery replaced, it was all done in just an hour and half Super fast and very affordable. What I really appreciated is that they were honest and didn’t try to overcharge me. Plus, they gave me 8 months warranty, which gives extra peace of mind. Definitely recommend this place!

Got my iPhone 16 Pro repaired here and honestly, it feels like it was never broken. They did a clean job at a really good price. Super friendly staff, fast service, and no pushy upselling.
