Cant express this enough but this place ROCKS. this is my go to place to get the best ink with the best customer service. Everyone here is amazing and tou cant go wrong with any of the artists. Ive had several tattoos done here and I will continue to come here. Walk ins welcome. Get what you get tattoos available in 2 sizes. Hearing how employees were talking in the back while smoking, vaping... I dont even want to know what they say about clients. They would do very well in Hollywood and totally get away with mistreating people there. People pay for quality in service and people. Response to writer - no thank you. I just recently observed poor behavior on employees. Posted to bring awareness and attention to owner. I gave my feedback on how this damages reputation and hope that owner takes initiative to observe on their own timd and retrain employees on their own terms. I have nothing other to say other than, I won't recommend anybody to go here just based off how they talk about people in the back.... huge disappointment regarding customer service. Dont waste your money on this tattoo shop... they'll just talk bad about you.
Tabatha did such a great job! I don't live in AZ but might have to make the drive to get another one with her! She did my very first tattoo and now I might possibly be addicted. Her line work was spot on and I love her design. I highly recommend you book with her! They are very accommodating with their walk-ins as well (I was a walk in). The staff and artists are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I can't recommend these folks highly enough.
Came in for a quick walk-in today with my partner and sister in law, and we all had great experiences with our artists. Colin did my script and he was super great. I gave him some font style options and he made my preferred option work, even though it needed some design work. He was thorough and careful but also very evidently knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. Colin made me feel at ease. I'm not even from this state and I'm already looking forward to coming back to get another piece by him someday!
I went here a few weeks ago and got a rework for an existing tattoo that I wasn't very happy with. My artist was Manny, and he was able to keep the same concept of the tattoo and simply rework it into how I originally imagined it and I absolutely love it! Manny was very kind and kept checking in with me throughout the process, letting me know each step he was doing. I definitely recommend this shop and Manny!
