A great place with a very pleasant atmosphere. The air is fresh and the place smells nice, which makes it even more enjoyable. The ceilings are high, so the space feels open and comfortable. Everything is very clean, which I really appreciate. The staff are kind, warm, and very friendly. Prices are reasonable. My kids are 3 and 8 years old, and they both had an amazing time. I purchased a membership and highly recommend this place for families. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful experience at Innoplay. The place is clean, fun, and very well organized, making it a great environment for kids to play, explore, and enjoy themselves. The centre is managed by Samira, who clearly has a lot of experience in this field. It really shows in how smoothly everything runs. The staff were kind, patient, and experienced, and they made both kids and parents feel comfortable and welcome. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for birthdays, playtime, playdates, or just letting kids burn off some energy in a safe and positive space. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at this indoor playground in North Vancouver! The space is clean, bright, and very well organized, with plenty of fun activities for kids of different ages. The play structures are safe and engaging, and there’s lots to keep little ones entertained for hours. The staff were welcoming and attentive, which made us feel comfortable right away. It’s also great that parents can relax while still keeping an eye on their kids. Perfect spot for rainy days, playdates, or birthdays — we’ll definitely be back!

Such a fun place for kids, I love that this is available on the north shore. My toddlers (2 and 3 year old) loved it. Very clean and tidy and safe feeling environment. The floors are veryyy slippery so it’s definitely recommended to buy the socks from the front desk. We will also be looking into the monthly membership as the drop in is a little expensive for an hour if you have multiple children.

This is a fantastic addition to the North Vancouver scene! We've been in such need of such a place. The current options for kids to have fun around the North Shore are lacking, if you ask me. InnoPlay offers a wide range of engaging activities for children of all ages. With options like crafts, Duplo, slides, ball pit, climbing structures, trampoline, slime, kinetic sand, playdough, Magnatiles, etc., everything is thoughtfully organized and designed to keep kids entertained. Bonus: The property is very spacious, beautifully designed with lovely colours, and is both comfortable and clean. The staff are incredibly sweet and accommodating. The moment we got there, I immediately texted my mom friends to show them the gem we had found. Two days later, they joined us and agreed with our sentiments. We look forward to visiting this place again soon! So far, we've both dropped off and stayed with our son, and the overall experience has been fantastic. We highly recommend it!
