I called Innovative after the April hail storms in the Omaha area. Our consultant Devon was out that day and did a fantastic job of managing the whole project. We ended up needing a new roof on our home, pool pavilion, and my metal out building. Also needed new gutters. Devon made sure he was involved with all of the insurance visits and kept me in the loop on everything. I contacted Innovative due to their google reviews and I am very happy that I did. Can't say enough good things about their team and what a great job they did managing the whole project. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing help with any projects.
I can't stress enough how easy it was to work with this company. What I thought was going to be a daunting process, turned out to be a seamless endeavor when getting my old roof replaced. Less then two weeks elapsed by the time I called for an initial quote to staring at a brand new beautiful roof. Obviously, your mileage may vary based on any recent storm activity. But, I was never left waiting. Their team was in constant communication with me the entire time and removed any of the guesswork on my end. Much respect goes out to Freddy and his team of expert roofers, who gave a personable and professional experience. They left no hint that they were ever here in the first place, with the exception of the beautiful new roof, as they cleaned up completely after themselves. There's obviously a reason this company is highly rated. They provided a no-nonsense quote, giving me no reason whatsoever to entertain a second opinion. Their products are top notch, including healthy warranties, and their expertise is second to none. I'm serious when I say I put this off longer than I should have. As a homeowner, I can't imagine there are people who look forward to having their roof completely replaced. I dreaded even starting the process and was anxious about what kind of experience I was going to have. Needless to say, my expectations were flipped upside down and it was clear to me that getting a new roof didn't have to be complicated. There are so many things in life that can stress a person out. But, getting any work done by this company isn't going to be one of them. Thanks to everyone at Innovative Roofing, I appreciate all of you.
We had a great experience with this company! They put a new roof on our house and kept us informed the whole way through. They even went the extra mile and got insurance to cover the full cost when it was originally only partial. Yul, our rep, was amazing—professional, helpful, and encouraging from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Had an amazing experience with Innovative Roofing, especially thanks to Dustin. He was super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pushy. It felt like chatting with an old friend rather than dealing with a sales guy. He took the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision—not just closing a deal. Highly recommend working with Dustin and the whole team!
Start to finish this was a nightmare. I had an amazing salesman, that worked hard and spent countless hours taking pictures, emailing, and communicating with me, and the insurance DESK adjuster. Day of re-roof, I am told they have to apply OSB sheathing. No argument, and no exceptions and not to worry as they will supplement for the insurance. I didn't give approval, but I guess I didn't have a choice. Innovative hired a subcontractor to complete my roof even though they state they do not do that. None of the vents previously on the roof were replaced. Two whirly birds were placed side by side. Shingles curled up! I had severe condensation due to improper ventilation which I sent pictures and emails to Ramiro and Dave for weeks. Dave completed another inspection with pictures to justify installation of the venting, and removal on one whirly. Mark the Innovative Roofing repair person inspected based on Dave's report from his pictures. I had to wait for him to get approval to do the repairs on a different day. Mark hand glued many shingles, installed the vents, and I was told did some caulking. There is still significant shingle damage visible. Sheathing is not 100% approved because of the lack of pictures with measurements. Four pictures of various spots, not full roof pictures were submitted to the insurance company. A building permit was gotten after the reroof was completed, and I complained they didn't have one. Dave tried to tell me they have 60 days after the job was completed to get a building permit. To top it off, the waste for the project was around 16% and the invoice sent included work and charges not for Innovative Roofing. I will update the review when everything is said and done. I am told it is still work in progress. UPDATE: After posting the review, the communication and teamwork with upper management increased significantly. This communication allowed us to complete the claim with approval. I can say the majority of the issues have been repaired, with a promise of final repairs in warmer weather.
