Insight Global reached out to me over a month ago. Kat, my recruiter, offered me an opportunity, but personal circumstances at the time prevented me from moving forward with the job, which she gladly understood (open-minded). I thanked her. After the phone call I thought to myself that Insight Global would not call back after that. Surprisingly, a week later Kat and Riley had another opportunity which worked out better for me. I took the position and have since been contracted and taken care of by the company for a month now. From the first phone call to clocking out at the end of the day I say the process and experience has been enjoyable. I've been working with Insight Global for the past 7 years and impressed doesn't begin to describe the staff with Insight. They are attentive and have a solid pulse on how you are doing in your placement and they are available to go above and beyond. I had spent the past 2 years on a contract with a different company. The contract ended and I was brought on full time but the new employer couldn't verify my contract with Insight from 4 years prior. One quick phone call with them and they promptly wrote up a verification letter and sent it to my new employer. I've gained a lot from Insight and highly recommend them to anyone searching for a a new role.
