Hate to do this, but I booked a trigger point massage for shoulder pain (their office was one of the few that came up in a Google search for trigger point massage), and it really missed the mark. Although the therapist was very kind and nice, I specifically requested trigger point massage for my right shoulder and instead got a full body more like a Swedish massage (without even a good level of pressure). She honestly didn’t spend any time at all on my shoulder. While the massage was pleasant, I spent $90 looking for some pain relief and walked out exactly like I came in (just a little more oily). Pretty disappointed and my shoulder still feels like crap. Wouldn’t go here for any massage therapy unless you just want a nice little pleasant massage. Hate to leave a bad review but c”est la vie.
Dr. Dunlap is amazing, I always feeling 100% better after an adjustment, I had no idea he could even adjust sinuses, I told him I had a sinus infection & he said I can fix that. To my amazement I didn’t need antibiotics. As for massage therapy at his office, it is the best feeling when you walk out and you are pain free… it is amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Dunlap and staff. I highly recommend Dr. Dunlap and his massage therapist… Thank you for everything…
Dr. Rick is a fantastic chiropractor and just a super kind, decent, and caring man. His adjustments are top notch but I also feel like he treats me as a whole person, not just a spine to be manipulated. I would recommend him to anybody as the best chiropractor I've seen (and he's my fourth over ten years, so I'm experienced)!
From the first moment I walked into Insight Health & Wellness, and I was greeted by Bobbie, the receptionist, who is exceptionally warm and welcoming and makes you feel so special, and then my first consultation and adjustment with Dr. Rick Dunlap, I felt like I had walked into a Miracle. I am so grateful that I was referred to Dr. Rick Dunlap and his very friendly office staff. I was in so much pain, and he has helped me beyond words. I now feel as if I am experiencing better health than in a long time( and I am 78). Dr. Rick is an incredible chiropractor. He is very professional, kind, and a wonderful and genuine human being. I am so thankful to have found him, and Insight Health & Wellness. The Kindness of Bobby, the Staff, and Dr. Rick is exceptional. And you will feel better just by walking in the door.
I would begin with Bobbi, receptionist and chief of staff, who I would describe as a one–woman welcoming committee who greets you as if you have been given the keys to the city and a certificate from the mayor that it is your day. Even if you are perfectly healthy, but would like to know what it means to be a wonderful human being, just walk in the door. Dr. Rick Dunlap has all of the gifts. His chiropractic skills are as gentle as his infinitely kind heart. He is a great explainer of what he’s about to do and why he’s doing it during the treatment session, a quality, in my experience, which is hard to find. I’m impressed by the clarity with which he provides a path forward to recovery. I feel very lucky to have been introduced to him. A very fine photograph of the Buddha by the front desk. Also, tasteful music, which, in an office these days is a true rarity.
