I've been to more than a few PT places, both inpatient and out (yes, I'm falling to pieces ;) and Inspire is among the best places I've been. I was hesitant to go at first because a few of the places I've been had made my injuries worse, but my experience here has been very positive. Office staff is welcoming and efficient, the exercise areas are roomy, with attention given to privacy. Therapists are knowledgeable, gentle with painful joints, and coordinate well with each other on the floor. I definitely recommend you consider Inspire if you have need of a good physical therapist.

I like the facility and staff of Inspire very much. The open space, abundant light, and equipment make for a good experience. And the staff are pleasant and seem knowledgeable. They validate for the building parking garage which is a convenient parking solution. Once I got started (by taking a canceled appointment slot), they have been very good to schedule me regularly at times that work for me. My only concern is that I have had to ask for updated printouts of my newest home workouts frequently. It seems to me that this should be provided automatically to help patients do their home exercises effectively. The suggested app was not updated to new exercises and so was not useful. So be sure to ask for a printout so you can do the work at home needed to make good progress. I am benefitting from Inspire's work, but we all need the tools to do our part as well.

Everyone is very friendly and caring here! My only complaints are that the communication between the office and my insurance company were not always timely, or clearly communicated to me. The therapists were excellent, knowledgeable, and eager to share techniques that were helpful!

Having suffered with the sore wrist and thumb for several years undecided to see the orthopedic specialist. He referred me to hand therapy. Jenna and her assistant Benyamin have helped me immensely gain relief from the constant soreness and ache I’ve dealt with for years. I am very impressed with the two of them and Insoueemoverall.

I would recommend them in a heart beat. They do amazing work I had surgery on my hip let’s just say my hip put up a good fight and with in a few months my hip was doing what it was supposed to be doing finally and it’s healing faster now because they know what they are doing. If you want a good physical and occupational therapy place this is the place! The staff is wonderful as well!
