I happened to meet Matt while at a coffee shop. After learning that he was a CFP, I asked for a business card and setup a meeting. During our time, Matt was excellent at answering my questions and making sure that I understood things that were originally gaps in my knowledge. At the end of our discussion, Matt told me "you don't need my help." I was incredibly impressed with his candor, especially with this being his livelihood. It is clear to me that Matt isn't here to sell products or overly complicated portfolios. His concern with the well being of his clients was very evident during our entire discussion. I found him to be transparent, and also giving to someone who is early on their financial journey. I cannot recommend his services enough, he will be honest about where he can help you, and won't waste your money where he sees things are running smoothly.
