Our DJ was AMAZING!! A true professional! Clearly not his first rodeo. The dance floor was never empty and he handled every special request (even the occasional curveball) like he saw it coming, anticipated it, and was prepared. Prompt...professional...poised. You can worry about a million things at an event. The DJ wasn't one of them. He gave us peace of mind...and one helluva party!
We had an excellent experience working with Instant Request and can’t recommend them enough! Mitch from Instant Request was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and professional. Our venue was tricky due to multiple possible setups depending on the weather, but Instant Request made sure we were covered with microphones and music for every scenario. We chose DJ Sam, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He kept the dance floor packed all night, played all our “must-plays,” and read the crowd perfectly. What impressed us most was how organized and proactive he was... solving potential problems before we even knew they existed. A few highlights: + He arrived early and had all speakers and mics set up without needing help from anyone. + He connected with our officiant ahead of time to make sure she was comfortable using the mic. + He met with every person giving a toast to ensure they knew when and how to use the mic. We had a few vendors fall short on our wedding day, but Instant Request and DJ Sam were not among them. They were professional, reliable, and truly made the day run smoothly. We feel so lucky to have had them as part of our wedding!
We had such a great experience with Instant Request! They were very helpful throughout the entire planning process, their website had everything you could think of listed for you which was helpful so nothing was forgotten, though it did seem like a clunky website. Thad, our DJ was amazing! It was a gorgeous night so many were outside enjoying it, but he kept the dance floor alive the whole night. He was so easy to coordinate and chat with during the day about what was going on and our ceremony music choices and shifting songs was perfect. Some negative reviews had me nervous, but truly we had a great experience and will recommend them any day.
We cannot recommend Instant Request highly enough- they absolutely knocked it out of the park as both our DJ and lighting team for our wedding! From start to finish, DJ Auctavias and Shawn went above and beyond to make the night unforgettable. The energy they brought was next-level: the dance floor was packed from the very first song to the last, and the lighting setup was nothing short of spectacular. They completely transformed a traditional ballroom into a vibrant, high-energy celebration space that felt uniquely "us"- it was truly magical. The music was perfectly curated to our vibe and kept every generation on the dance floor, while the lighting and effects created such an immersive, elevated atmosphere. We had countless guests tell us it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever attended- and when the last song played, people were literally begging for one more. No one wanted the night to end! We owe so much of the incredible energy and experience to the amazing team at Instant Request. If you’re even thinking about hiring them- do it. They are the BEST in the business and we can't recommend them enough!!
Zak R was our DJ for our wedding this year, and he was amazing! We met with him prior to the day to go over everything and the portal was very user friendly to create the music timeline. The ceremony music was perfect and Zak kept dance floor was popping the entire night, there never was a point where it was empty or dying down. Many of our guests complimented the audio quality during the ceremony, speeches and music. No audio issues at any time. Totally recommend!
