Bailey was great at helping us transition our phone plans and upgrade to the newest iPhone for myself and daughter. Best customer service I have ever had at a phone store. Isabell went well out of her way to help me get a phone, and switched over from my previous T-mobile plan. She was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable on the phones and their plans. I can not thank her enough. If I could give her more then a 5 star review I would. Will 100% be going to her with my phone needs and questions. Very happy with the whole experience and love my new phone. Keep up the good work Isabell!
I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to since I received such great service. I was shopping and wasn’t really looking to change cell phone providers but Isabell was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable with what was being offered, I was excited to switch over to AT&T. The process was smooth and and I’m loving my new phone. Highly recommend!
