Just reached out to Michael at Integrity Device Repair last night, and he already looked at our phones! He repaired an iPhone 14 that had been dropped and will be replacing the battery in an 11 Pro. I love that Michael can come to you—it makes everything so easy. He even took the time to explain the differences and benefits between our two phones, which helped us decide if repairs were worthwhile. On top of that, he gave us tips on charging to best preserve battery life. Highly recommend—professional, fast, and excellent work!

Hands down the best repair shop for tablets! My daughters ipad means the world to her and not only was they able to do it quick and came to my house. Few months later my daughter screen came undone (from the case she had it in.) I called Michael up and he is getting it fixed for me again for free! Absolutely the best computer repair company I have ever dealt with. Michael and Hannah took my old computer, fixed the hardware component related to the monitor, and did Multiple Updates, too, so now my computer is faster than ever, faster possibly than any new computer I could get. Michael and Hannah are brilliant. So grateful for this company.

I had a great experience with Integrity Device Repair. Michael came out to my place and replaced my phone battery and USB-C port, which was damaged. He was fast professional, and very fair with his pricing. After he left, I noticed an issue with the charging, so I contacted him. He responded immediately and came out THAT SAME NIGHT to fix the problem. That really shows how much he cares about his customers and making sure the job is done right. Overall, my experience was excellent. Michael is professional, reliable, and stands behind his work. I would deffinatly recommend Integrity Device Repair.
