I had Caleb out for my initial appointment. They were amazing. They communicated well and were very thorough with all of my spaces. Went into both attics, the basement, talked through all access points outside and roof etc. Left traps in key areas and set up the bate system for regular maintenance. I really appreciate feeling taken care of and ready for any issues.
Great company to help solve a pesky problem! Office staff is super friendly & accessible & technicians that come are knowledgeable, friendly & proactive in filling any access points they notice during their check up. Billing is seamless & you can access all their notes from each visit online in your account. 1000% happy with their services!!!!!
Adam was perfect. He presented himself in a very professional manner and was thorough explaining to me his service. He was great answering my questions in a way that I could understand. Since Interstate could not deal with my racoon challenge Adam was able to provide a referral to someone who could handle it. Being a Senior Citizen, I find more and more aspects that I need to hire help with. I am thankful to have Adam to help me not just now but in the future. I will recommend Interstate and especially Adam to friends and neighbors needing assistance.
