Great service at iRepair today. I walked in after a disappointing experience at another shop nearby, and the difference was huge. The staff here were friendly, respectful, and actually interested in helping. I bought an iPhone 17 Pro case and tempered glass for £10 good price and even better attitude. This is how customer service should be. If you’re choosing between shops, I’d honestly say avoid RepairKing and come straight to iRepair. They treat customers properly and make you feel welcome.
What can I say, First class service from start to finish! My sons phone had been stood on and needed the back glass replaced and after some research we opted to visit IRepair. Friendly, straight up, no nonsense, was given a time and price and was asked to come back to collect the phone a few hours later. Thank you so much. Highly recommended IRepair to anyone!
I had a brilliant experience with iRepair in the West End. I took my MacBook in thinking it just needed a new screen, but their engineer had a proper look and spotted that the keyboard was damaged and needed replacing too. They got it sorted incredibly fast, in just 2 days, and provided all the paperwork I needed for my insurance. Really appreciate the honest service and the quick turnaround. Highly recommend them if you need a Mac fixed in Glasgow
Today I visited iRepair Finnieston with my iphone as it was not charging. After speaking with Nav, he explained it needed a new charger port. As busy as they were at this time of year, he sorted the problem out & i received it back a few hours later which i was truly grateful for.
