Last Wednesday, my iPhone screen started flashing white and by the end of the day it was completely unusable. I tried a hard restart and a few troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked. I called James the next day, and he was upfront and transparent about my options and pricing from the start. That kind of honesty is rare and made the decision easy. We went with a repair that required ordering a part. He set clear expectations on timing, and once the part came in, the turnaround was exactly what he said, about 15–20 minutes. I dropped my phone off before lunch and had it back the same day, fully repaired and working like new. Great communication, fast service, and no surprises. Highly recommend James and iRepairIT if you need your phone fixed right.
