Made reservations to ride the duck with grandchildren traveling from Virginia. When I booked 2 weeks prior, it stated no refunds, rain or shine! Arrived to find them closed! When I booked it looked like they were almost Sold Out! Has anyone else had the same experience?

Breona provided an exceptional experience for my family during our water outing. From checking us in to ensuring we had life jackets and signing waivers, she made the process seamless. Her attentiveness allowed my kids to enjoy their adventure in separate ducks while I relaxed in another. Despite the heat, Breona thoughtfully provided umbrellas and water to keep us cool. The quality time spent together in the water was priceless, and her customer service was outstanding. We highly recommend this experience and look forward to returning in cooler weather!

Went here for my birthday and had a blast. The process was quick and easy and there was no wait in line. The scenery was beautiful and it was a great day to be out. They were really nice and I didn't have any problems at all. Will definitely be returning.

When we arrived there was no one there to greet us. When we figured it out ourselves where to check in, the lady had been sitting at a table the whole time and never looked at us and definitely did not greet us. She never looked at my id or the card I used for booking. She handed us random life jackets that were definitely too small and said we didn't need to wear them they just had to be in the duck with us. That whole check in process was the first ugh moment. The second was the struggle to get the damn duck away from the loading area. Took us what felt like 20 minutes too long. We kept running into docks on both sides. Finally a lady told us that the duck is harder to maneuver with just two people because all of the weight is in the front which lifts the rudder out of the water. After the frustration with steering we finally got out to the opening of the lake. It was a nice day and the peddling troubles were very laughable, but the customer experience and lack of care from the employee was frustrating. I would not do it as a duo with the duck and recommend if you want to try it yourself to have at least 3 if not 4 when renting the duck.
