Le dojo Isan Karaté et Fitness offre une atmosphère de soutien et d'encouragement pour les jeunes afin d'explorer les arts martiaux tout en améliorant leur forme physique et leur discipline. Situé à Port St. Lucie, ce dojo propose des programmes d'entraînement structurés destinés à favoriser le respect, la concentration et la persévérance chez les élèves. My son has been attending for the past year, and the growth we've seen in his confidence, discipline, and physical fitness has been truly impressive. Isan karate has helped my grandson with all phases of his life from his school work to his home life. In the 2 years he has been with Isan he has earned 4 new belts that are proudly displayed in a glass case in his home. Each instructor pays special attention to each child and helps them to their highest potential. School vacations are summers can be spent at the dojo and they are brought to parks or bowling or other activities. This is a great opportunity for young boys and girls to be a part of a nurturing team that will help them throughout their lives.

Kaizen Karate has been fantastic for my son. He originally started classes as he didn't know the appropriate way to defend himself and was reacting poorly at school.
