Nick made my website redesign easy in so many ways. He approached me with suggestions and improvements and laid out a plan. This is already 50% of the struggle; I so appreciated being given suggestions and options to choose from without having to spend time guessing and researching what I’d need to do to improve my site. He patiently negotiated his recommendations vs. my preferences and was flexible planning for a redesign workload that I'd feel comfortable taking on. I’m very happy with how my site has turned out! I’ve also been pleasantly surprised when I get notes from Nick that show he’s been poking into the analytics to see what has been working and hasn’t for the site. He frequently references the small and big goals for my business that I’ve shared with him to back up suggestions or fixes. Over time he's reached back out to suggest fine tuning different aspects of the new site. I also appreciate that Nick is a photographer and has an eye for aesthetic design, especially since my own business replies on displaying images. I’ve never worked so closely with someone on a site before and this experience has all exceeded my expectations! I'd happily recommend Isthmus, especially if you are open to a bigger revamp of your site.
