I can't say enough good things about the IT Guys! They have been managing all the tech needs for my law firm for about a year now. They've handled everything from our small tech hiccups to setting up our entire network, and they're always on point. They are excellent at explaining everything tech-related in plain English, which has been very helpful in helping us make the right decisions. They're incredibly thorough, thinking about both quick fixes and long-term solutions. When we have an issue (which is rare since they're so proactive), they're on it immediately. I never have to chase them down for updates or worry about things falling through the cracks. Excellent service, excellent support, excellent responsiveness, excellent value, excellent people. If you're looking for IT support that's both technically solid and actually pleasant to work with (special thanks to Daryn and Darius and Kennedy and Joshua, they've done a ton for us), IT Guys get my highest recommendation.

I was on the verge of losing hope and stressed out of my mind. Email's all phlooey, all my business history, the works. And then, I got a tip to call Darryn at the IT Guys in Durham, and my panic dissipated within hours, and actual problems were solved. Knowledgeable service, swift action. Highly recommend!

I had a significant problem with Outlook on both my desktop and laptop. Darius, and others at IT Guys, gave it their full attention on at least two separate consultations. In fairly short order, they isolated the problem (my VPN), and, thus, solved a problem that others in the area were not able to do! They are great to work with...patient, and VERY skilled. They're the best I've found in the area....highly recommended.
