This location is super clean, staff is always very friendly and helpful. Molly specifically is one of the kindest staff members I’ve encountered, always so pleasant, patience and helpful. Makes the experience all the better.
It seems about every second time I go to itan one of the machines I use is down it's either Versa or mystic. I've also had it several times where they set up the booth for me I go in strip down I'm in the booth and it is either not on, not working, or only half the spray comes out and does one side of my body. I've been spray tanning since 2003 and itan has been the one that's least consistent and things that are working. I will say that the place is always clean and the staff is always nice and welcoming. Always a great group of ladies.
Pros: location, free stickers, friendly staff Cons: only one lower level bed and no upgrades offered when there is a line and other open beds. Beds are dated, need repairs to plexi-glass, fan buttons, and dont stay up when trying to get in/out. Staff take .2 seconds to clean beds, so they are not really clean. Music systems are broken.
I had such a great experience ! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a friendly atmosphere. The front desk girls, Dakota and Macy, were absolutely amazing. They were not only welcoming but also incredibly helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be back!!
I don’t know about these other reviews, but this is the best iTAN in San Diego!!! I’ve been going here for quite some time and the current staff is phenomenal. KODY in specific is an absolute pleasure. Great customer service and goes above and beyond to help me reach my tanning goals. 10/10 recommend this iTAN, give these people a raise!!!
