We hired Victoria for our new build project expecting a collaborative and guided experience typically provided by full-service interior design firms. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of those expectations. Communication and follow-through were inconsistent, and it became apparent that our project may not have been a top priority due to other commitments she had mentioned. I found myself taking the lead on sourcing materials and ordering samples with limited direction. While some suggestions were helpful, the overall creative input did not meet our hopes for a professional design partnership, and I ended up making many of the design decisions myself. This was a significant investment, and we expected a professional, collaborative process — unfortunately, that was not what we received.
Blue Cypress Design Build, As a Luxury Custom Home Builder in Aledo, Tx, we were relieved when our cost plus residential construction client at the McClendon Walker Rd project chose Victoria with J House and Co and her team to provide interior design services. Victoria made the project easy by providing us(as the builder) and our clients the selections organized and ahead of our fast paced construction schedule. We highly recommend Victoria and J House and Co if you’re looking for a refined interior finish out in Parker County, with rich color, texture and continuity of style.
