Rude when ringing up to chase order. Late delivery. One item containing a large order stuck with evri. When it arrived most things looked half dead. Won’t be using again

Absolutely dreadful experience! I received a dead plant after ordering a beautiful one… am currently seeking a refund and obviously would never ever use this business again! I seriously cannot believe someone packed a dead plant and thought there wouldn’t be any comebacks????

I have ordered Geranium and other plug plants including Rudbeckia online. More than 50 percent of the delivered items contained no viable plant in the pot( already dead). Customer service is appalling- felt like an interrogation than a meaningful conversation. If this is the way they handle customer calls ..!!-what else say. Disappointed- such a bad experience - despite website quoting good reviews, I wouldn’t recommend them. This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had….

I’ve ordered plants online many times, but this has been my worst experience so far. The plants from J Parker’s arrived in very poor condition—some already dead—and the packaging was terrible, causing even more damage in transit. Customer service has been extremely poor too, with no meaningful support or resolution offered. I placed a similar-sized order with another supplier (at a slightly lower cost), and the difference was huge—healthy, well-packaged plants and excellent service. I still have another outstanding order with J Parker’s involving quite a few more plants, and I really hope that experience will be better. But based on this first delivery, I unfortunately can’t recommend them. In J Parker’s reply, they claim they can’t help due to the lack of an order number—this, to me, reflects a real lack of care. My name is clearly visible, and I’ve sent multiple WhatsApp messages already, including my order number (22762853), which I’ve provided several times. Each time, I’ve only received standard, unhelpful replies asking for the same information again. This kind of dismissive, copy-paste response just reinforces the poor customer experience. It’s frustrating to feel ignored rather than supported. I’m clearly not the only one—many other reviews echo similar concerns. I hope potential customers take note and choose a supplier that actually values their business.
