John was so helpful in helping us find the perfect engagement ring. He kept me updated with the progress and even sent renderings and a resin model. My fiancé was blown away! So nice having a local jeweler we can rely on.
Amazing work by James and the entire JAB team! He helped us throughout the entire design process, offering multiple design options and giving recommendations along the way. We were able to use our own stone that we purchased elsewhere. It was very helpful for me to see multiple CAD designs and try on a wax model of the ring. The ring was finished on a very tight timeline and we are so appreciative. Craftsmanship is impeccable, it truly is my dream ring
After working with Michael at JAB to design our engagement ring, we knew we absolutely had to come back for our wedding bands. Michael is wonderful to work with and will guide you through every step of the process to make sure you get your dream ring. We are so grateful to have such beautiful rings, and we love that they are truly one-of-a-kind. JAB also manufactures nearly everything in-house and works with any kind of budget, so it is very affordable. They will never upsell you or pressure you into something more expensive. If you want custom jewelry of any kind, this is the place to go, hands down.
I had a lovely experience! I initially spoke to Christina on the phone and she was very helpful which cemented my choice to go in. When there, I met her and, although she was not the person who assisted me, she was a delight. James helped me with my husband's anniversary gift and I can't say enough nice things! He was so positive, encouraging and thoughtful. I really enjoyed myself and meeting him. I know this will be a great anniversary and they will be a part of it. Thank you so much! Michael did an amazing job understanding and interpreting exactly what we were looking for. The ring turned out amazing in every aspect from design to finish product. The price was very reasonable for an absolute one of a kind piece. The entire staff was amazing! Very welcoming, professional, and polite. The store is impeccably clean and beautiful.
