The new team is faster and more pleasant.. I have noticed over the last year or so
Quality of service has been slowly going down the last couple of times I've been here. This most recent time, they told me to park past the drive through window and wait. I walk in after waiting for a while and see my food just sitting there. They gave me the wrong fries and wrong sized drink too. I'm done with this location.
I had ordered a strawberry shake. They had a little bit of pink color but it tastes like vanilla. I had ordered a bacon Swiss buttery and you didn't look nothing like the picture. No lettuce no tomato no mayo no bacon Mayo sauce. A see-through slice of Swiss cheese. Onion rings was burnt hard and 75% was not edible. My double Jack was overcooked and cold when I got it. Order two drinks a Coca-Cola and a root beer and could not tell the difference based upon taste. Was not labeled to indicate which one was which. The french fries tasted like cardboard. I'm being truthful about everything I had just said
The food was delicious as always and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really miss Jack in the Box. We don't have any in my home town even though I think it would really thrive because of the growth the city is undergoing.
Had to give one star just to post this. March 3rd. Tonight I ordered a large Oreo shake. Here's what it looked like. I removed the whipped cream. Is this really a large? Almost $7.00
