I hate coming to this location because not only do you have homeless people constantly asking for money, but you also have the workers constantly messing up on your order. I have been to this location seven times and five times out of the seven they have given me a bun when I clearly asked for a lettuce wrap and they charge me for the lettuce. So if you wanna get your order wrong, come to this location, cause they do it all the time.
Every time I came to Jack in the Box, there was always something wrong. I wanted to order a Jumbo Jack and Onion Rings. But they ran out of onion rings that night. Ugh. Then, there were transients stood around the window. I went through the drive-thru and took food to my hotel room.
Was heading home Sunday night 10/05/2025. Around 10ish pm. Drive through typical wait. Ordered 2 orders of the monster Tacos. Get to the window waited roughly 7 - 8 minutes for my order. The young lady comes to the window and says you ordered the tacos. I said yes she says 1 moment. 5 minutes later she comes back with the order. She asked if I wanted sauce I told her yes. She hands me the bag and says on 2 taco sauce left.my response was really ?. I get home after a log day open the bag and I only have 1 order of tacos. She didnt give me a receipt and it was to late to go back and wait in line again because I had to get to at 3:45am. At this time im really hotter than fish grease. I couldn't go back the next day because I had a meeting at my secondary job. Very disappointed 😞. Forgot to mention end result paid $10.24 for 2 monster tacos and a large soda. Monster tacos were on special $3.00 for 2 monster tacos.went to the restaurant today. Talk to manager whe made everything right. Very pleased!!! .
Went early morning before work. Ordered the 17 combo, get to the window and they gave me waiting for 5 minutes before opening window to take my card. After that another wait of 4 minutes so they can tell me they charged me for another cara order. Said they were gonna refund my card haven’t seen that refund. Tried calling their store but the phone line is not working. How do I get my money back? A 14 dollar order cost me 73$ they suck!!!!!!
Showed up at 8am looking for a bite while waiting for my friend to pick me up and take me to the airport. Sign out front says that the dining room should be open at 6 but the door was locked and I was ignored by staff. Literally made eye contact and was ignored. Edit: turns out I had to use the other door, which was unlocked. No sign on the door to use the other door or nod from the employee to use the other door.
