Dropped in late on Saturday at the downtown Fort Worth for a quick takeout order. Chanel was courteous, friendly and quick. Food was excellent. My first experience at Jake’s but we will be back.
recently visited Jake’s Burgers & Beer in Fort Worth and was thoroughly impressed. The single patty burger was great, it was topped with a stack of onions, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Just the way I like it. But what truly set my experience apart was the outstanding service provided by Cassi. From the moment I sat down, she greeted me with a smile and an infectious enthusiasm that made me feel right at home. Her attention to detail and genuine care for my dining experience were evident throughout the meal. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring my glass was never empty and checking in at just the right moments. It's clear that Cassi is a standout team member at Jake’s, and her exceptional service made my visit memorable. If you're in Fort Worth and craving a delicious burger paired with top-notch service, Jake’s is the place to be. And if Cassi is your server, you're in for a treat!
The atmosphere was just what we were looking for and our server, Cassi, was so friendly, fun and helpful. The Seasonal Menu had some must-try options like putine. Wife got the patty melt with tator tots and loved it. I got the putine and also loved it! 5-stsr experience.
This was dinner spot for us over the weekend. The place tends to have some wait, usually when the mezannine isn't open. The service is prompt and warm. The burgers are pretty fairly priced for a non fast food restaurant. We loved the Hangover Burger, the Poppy seed bun used on most burgers and the Caramel Apple Bourbon shake. The Granny Jakes Mellow cake dessert was a bit too sweet for our palette.
This was my first time dining here and I don't regret it. We stopped here for brunch. My friend enjoyed their breakfast and I love the chicken fried chicken and hurricane cocktail. I tried to done again while I was still in town buy they were under construction. My insurance con is that the chicken for the chicken fried chicken is almost paper thin. I had to order an additional piece of chicken. Other than that, I have no complaints.
