selling a home is already hard enough, but try using 2 other agents who failed to sell it over a 221 day period! Jamison called me out of the blue when my home went off the market the second time and I was honestly not willing to talk to him, but I asked for a call back... and you know what he did? 10/10!! We cannot say enough great things about Jamison and the experience we had selling our 100-acre farm. This property held over 40 years of memories for our family, countless moments with our grandchildren, multiple ponds, a 6,000 square foot home, and two detached garages. While it was an incredibly special place, the upkeep of 100 acres and home had simply become too much, and we knew it was time to transition to a lower-maintenance lifestyle. We originally found Jamison on Google and interviewed two other agents before making our decision. What set Jamison apart immediately were three key things: 1) He does not operate with a massive team. Everything he does feels personal, intentional, and hands-on. 2) His marketing plan was far more proactive and thoughtful than the others, which was critical given how unique our property was. 3) It was clear from the start that he is an aggressive and skilled negotiator.
