John king, absolute worst store manager!!! He threatened to end a call to the GM of the fountains when I told him I wasn't interested in seeing his inventory for a cash return. Super rude. He didn't give the GM my phone number (when she asked for it) for when she did get cash. He did make it a point that I should've read store policy (blaming me for the non transparency I suppose). He had no other solutions for me. I ended up making 2 trips to the fountains for the return. It felt like it wasn't his store I purchased from so not his problem. 1 month prior I bought a le vian necklace from them. I returned it. Won't be buying from jareds nor that store anymore. Your team perhaps but certainly not you! Acting like you can't even recall the encounter ? Seems like you cant even own up to your actions and apologize so why would I waste my time giving you a call. Just another example of what a terrible store manager you are.

John Keene is who we would recommend 1000% John went above and beyond! My fiancé had a tough time finding his wedding band so he just gave in a picked one. We currently live in Houston and are getting married this weekend in El Paso. While my fiancé was in getting our bands cleaned before the big day, he found the ring that he loved. With the help of John TRULY helping all around and going above and beyond, my fiancé will have the ring that he wanted for our big day on Saturday. 1000/1000 Thank you John.
