My first point of contact was Maria who was very sweet, professional, and eager to assist me. Maria set up an appointment for me with Jason Bramblett who was positive, listened, and addressed my wants, needs, and concerns. Amy was awesome setting up the pre listing services such as the photographer. The operations manager Troy Dollyhigh was precise in handling paperwork being attentive to details and excellent in all follow-ups. Troy would patiently listen to my conversations and was outstanding, accurate, and timely in deliverance. I am blessed to have worked with such a great group of professionals that shared similar values and work ethic. My home was quickly sold and I am very pleased with their efforts in helping me attain my all goals.
We used Jason before and this was a breeze using him again! Jason and his team are on point and organized. Jason is great at helping by providing the best information and solutions to selling your house. We had a offer by the second day and received more then listed price! Amber Johnson was wonderful to work with. She was patient and worked to answer questions, including those she didn’t know the answer to. She is very knowledgeable and guided us through this process with good recommendations, and sound advice. She responds quickly even after hours, and weekends. We will be recommending her to others often.
We just bought a home and used Jason Brambletts services with Matt Meyers as our buyers agent. Matt was easy to get along with, responsive, and was attentive in helping us find a home that suited us! Our realtor, dave Gutheil , was excellent to work with !. He made it known from the start that he wanted us to be happy with our home purchase and said “ don’t settle , you’ll know when you see it” which really made us feel comfortable knowing he was there to help us find the home of our dreams in our budget and was not pushy at all !. Mind you this is our first home purchase with no experience with all the paper work and processes that go into it. He was there for us 100% of the way and went above and beyond to help us understand all that goes into purchasing a home. Me and the lady are extremely happy and could not ask for anymore !. Mind you we were several states away which complicated things even more but Dave kept in touch throughout the whole way ! Not only is Dave a great realtor but became a good friend ! Extremely happy and I can’t think of anything else that we could have asked for ! A+ !
