I was told for $1 extra I could get my car washed for the month. That was FOR December. NEVER did I agree to a monthly subscription. I am soooo angry. 11 and Woodward Jax car wash. I was just charged for a monthly membership $39.99.
The team at Royal Oak is the best! Special shout-out to Mr. Hill, who always goes the extra mile to take care of his customers and consistently maintains a high level of professionalism. I can't recall the name of the gentleman who regularly checks us in for full-service cleaning, but I truly look forward to his warm greeting with every visit. He's always seems to be having a great day, and his cheerfulness is absolutely contagious! Thanks to everyone on the Jax Kar Wash Team, you're doing a fantastic job!
Signed up for the interior detailing package. One of the guys is really sick and hardly move he sweating profusely. I gave them a $40 tip and didn’t even think to check the trunk before I left. It is absolutely filthy.
Service was horrible!!!! My membership is for insid & out... they didn't clean my windows, didn't wipe down my dash board.. didn't clean my door jams... I had to get back in line & while the manager redid everything.. my time is valuable... this is the norm for Jax... I leave reviews... I even contact privately still service at every location I go to is horrible
Jack’s Car Wash offers great service with a friendly and welcoming staff who make the experience pleasant. The quality of the car wash was good, leaving my car looking clean and refreshed. While everything was well-done, there’s just a small room for improvement in attention to detail, but overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a reliable car wash!
