I will start with the positive. This company is great at communicating on the front end of things. They got back to me quickly and answered questions and made great suggestions. The day of the party the tables and chairs were not there at the specific time and I had a call form the delivery driver that they got a flat tire and were back at the warehouse trying to load things into cars. It was unclear and so I called the office and they knew nothing about the situation. They were unable to get me my tables and chairs that I ordered and worked with me to get what was left in the warehouse. Appreciated- but I wound up with different sizes and numbers of tables that did not match the tablecloths I had for the tables. After some communication they delivered the tables and chairs 15 minutes before the party started and did not send the right tablecloths and so we had to run to target and by new tablecloths and decorate while people were arriving. Also they sent one person to unload all the tables and chairs and so my family and guests had to help to get it done fast. I understand that a flat tire is not a planned event but there should be a contingency plan in place. Maybe a spare tire? Anyway I would have been ok with all the results under the unforeseen circumstances if they refunded me at least half the money but they would not do that and would only refund $137 of the $583 they charged me. I feel that 50% would have been acceptable. Update 2/25 - so after receiving the response below I reached out as the reply asked me to do and received the email below. (picture) so apparently it was an automated AI response. If I could I would now change my review to no stars because they can’t even have a real person ( so called owner) respond to a fair negative review. They are not giving me any additional refund as stated in the reply. I spent more on buying additional tablecloths at Target than the refund amount.

Jax Party Company provided the tables and chairs for my event and they were great to work with. Kenneth showed up right on time, and was very professional. Everything was clean, sturdy, and exactly what we needed. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them for any event needs.
