I cannot recommend Jay & Christian enough! As a first-time homebuyer moving to Houston from out of town, I had to switch realtors last minute, but Jay & Christian stepped in and immediately put me at ease. Since I wasn't local, Christian's detailed rundowns of each neighborhood were invaluable. He was also incredibly honest during tours, pointing out specific flaws in houses that I would have completely missed on my own. He handled the negotiations and closing perfectly to ensure I got the best deal possible. Honestly the best home buying experience I could have asked for!
