Marc was very helpful and honest about my van when i was visiting from Texas. The service was fast, I wish I lived here and could use him all the time.
I would've given 1000 stars if I could. We drove from NS for a road trip. The car got damaged to not drivable, then I came into the shop feeling super distressed and needing an emergency repair. Lucas and the team greeted me with perfect english (made it much easier), listened to my situation, and helped me right away. They even worked after hour to check my car, and the next morning the repair was done (shock absorber, link rod, blinker replacement). We're able to get home safely thanks to them. 5 star everything period.
We had a minor car issue, but since we drove from NY to Quebec, we wanted to get it checked out before it turned into a major issue. We were turned away by 5 other garages albeit very courteously, but when we pulled into Jean Fina’s, we were quite relieved that they spoke English very well, so no communication issues, and they looked at our car right away. Marc who is the manager did not charge us, since it was a minor issue and only asked us to give a tip to his worker Jean. We were so relieved and were able to enjoy the rest of our trip! Big appreciation to the guys at Jean Fina!
I am visiting on a road trip from the states and my tire was losing air. I pulled up and they were super friendly (and spoke perfect English) from the moment I pulled up. Had my car on the lift within minutes, removed a nail from my tire, patched it up, charged me basically nothing and had me on my way in under 20 minutes. I have never had a better experience as a customer in my life.
I had a fantastic experience with the team at Jean Fina Services. During my Quebec visit, my car's ABS and TC lights came on, causing concern. However, the friendly and efficient staff, including both English and French speakers, immediately put me at ease. Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and safety was evident throughout the process. Thanks to Lukas and the mechanics, my car was quickly fixed at a reasonable price, and the issue was resolved as if it had never occurred. I'm truly grateful for their expertise and professionalism!
