I went on Jean’s website and picked out a beautiful wild flower arrangement to send to the funeral home for the services after the untimely passing of our dear cousin. We chose the arrangement based on its muted colors and soft whisper of condolences that it represented to extend our sympathies since we could not be present. To say that what was delivered was not what we ordered is a HUGE understatement! The arrangement delivered had massive HIGHLIGHTER BRIGHT colored flowers nearly cartoon like! I paid extra for their “better” arrangement and let’s just say I am beyond disappointed. I now find myself profusely apologizing because I am embarrassed that those flowers will be representing my wife and I at a funeral we could not attend. Photos for reference the photo with white border is what was in the website and the other photo is what was delivered.
I used Jean's Flower Shop for my wedding (October 2025) and couldn't be happier with the experience - I definitely reccomend them and I'll be coming back for future floral needs! Cathy was absolutely amazing to work with - right from the first call. She is warm, friendly, helpful, and responsive. I went into the store for their Bridal showcase and got to work with Cathy in person! She understood my "wild looking" bouquet to be with mostly greenery and a few roses. Cathy suggested having pink roses for bridesmaids bouquets, groomsmen boutonnieres, and corsages and using white roses for me and my husband to pop. I loved how it looked - even better than my vision! I loved getting a sneak peek as well! The flowers were delivered in the specified time frame, corsages, boutonnieres and bouquets were clearly marked with names of recipients and instructions were provided as to what time to take flowers out of their invididual packages. The pricing was great and I loved there was no minimum spend or service. And delivery to our local venue was included. Thank you Cathy & team!
Cathy was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the initial planning stages to the wedding day, communication was clear, prompt, and professional. She truly brought our vision to life with the most beautiful arrangements — everything looked fresh, elegant, and perfectly coordinated. We especially loved getting a sneak peek the day before; it was such a thoughtful touch and made us even more excited for the big day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and creative florist!
I ordered a purple and white bouquet with specific wrapping (White or light purple), but what I received was disappointing — barely any purple flowers, mostly green leaves, broken stems, and a messy, transparent wrap. Cathy promised it would look almost like the photo, but it was nowhere close. Honestly, it was embarrassing to give. To be honest the other people working there tried to fix it, but the whole bouquet needed to be fixed. This was supposed to be a gift, special experience and art..
