Jeff helped us navigate two attempted second home purchases, then one that was successful, with professionalism, kindness, and generosity throughout. My wife and I recently bought our dream house with Jeffry Klein’s help. I moved to the US from Germany a few years ago and was surprised how much paperwork and regulations are involved in buying a home here. This could easily have been overwhelming, but thanks to Jeffry the entire process was incredibly smooth. He explained each step with absolute clarity, helped us meet all deadlines, and provided outstanding advice not only during the purchase but also in finding the perfect house for us. I was especially impressed by his patience. We originally consulted him in 2019, when a few houses in our neighborhood were on sale but ended up not buying then. We then got back to him earlier this year (2025; and he actually remembered us!). We looked at close to a dozen places in the process of a couple of weeks. At every step of the way, Jeffry has been a reliable consultant and an advocate with our best interest in mind. I would work with Jeffry again any time!
