Jenny is truly one in a million. She is the only real estate agent I’ve ever met who has a heart of pure gold. I’ve worked with many agents in the past, but none of them have had the level of care, dedication, and genuine kindness that Jenny has for her clients. From the very first conversation, she was already planning every detail for my sale. She gathered information, created a clear plan, and sent everything to me right away. What impressed me most was how she stepped up when she realized I was handling everything on my own. She went out of her way to help me find contractors for the house. When one contractor didn’t work out, she didn’t give up—she went above and beyond to find another one for me. She even helped me find a gardener and arranged for someone to clean up my yard so the home would be ready to list. She didn’t just act like an agent; she made me feel like a family member, like a little sister was helping me get through a very stressful time. Thanks to her hard work and guidance, my house sold in less than two weeks. But what really makes her special is that her care didn’t stop once the house went pending or even after it sold. She made sure everything went smoothly all the way through closing so I didn’t have to worry. She checked on me while I was staying in a hotel waiting for the transaction to complete and made sure I was okay. Jenny also fought to protect the value of my home. She worked with other agents and helped them and their clients understand the true worth of the property so I wouldn’t lose money below the listing price. That meant so much to me, especially with everything I was going through. Even after closing, she still didn’t disappear like many agents do. She helped coordinate with the new owners to make sure my mail was collected and forwarded to my new address. She truly goes beyond what anyone would ever expect—far beyond the typical job of a real estate agent. On top of all that, her communication is incredible. She is always there when you need her, any time of day. Even when she was out of state, she made sure someone on her team was available to help me. The moment she got back into town, she was texting and calling to check in, asking how things were and if there was anything else she could do. Jenny, Jaid, and her amazing team are more than just professionals—they are a blessing. I will absolutely continue to work with them for any future real estate needs. For me, Jenny is not just my agent. She has become like family, like a little sister and an angel sent to help me through one of the hardest times in my life. Jenny and her team were really help with my while first time home buyer experience! I first met Jenny when she helped my brother with his first purchase and he liked her too since when it was my turn, I had to partner up with Jenny and her team on my first home purchase! Jenny and her team were very communicative and helpful with all incoming information and any questions that I had. The whole process was and went smooth as Jenny and her team really help with gathering really great inspectors to come inspect the house during escrow. Definitely would use Jenny and her team again when I do purchase another home and definitely would recommend using her and her team!
