Highly Recommend – Professional, Affordable, and Extremely Careful! We recently used Jensen Moving & Storage for a long-distance move from New York to Florida, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the very beginning, Peter (the owner) was honest, responsive, and made us feel completely at ease about such a big move. Justin and Wesley, who handled the move, were fantastic—professional, hardworking, and incredibly respectful of our belongings. They wrapped every piece of furniture with care, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. Nothing was rushed or careless—they treated our things like their own. On top of the excellent service, the price was extremely reasonable, especially considering how much we moved. No hidden fees, no surprises—just honest, top-quality work. If you're looking for a moving company you can trust, Jensen Moving & Storage is the one. We’re so glad we chose them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I had a very poor experience with Jensen Moving from PSP to Orlando. The final cost ended up being 50% higher than the original estimate, which was a huge and unexpected increase! I understand that some variation is possible, but this level of discrepancy felt excessive and unjustified. I would highly advise that if you decide to move forward with Peter, that you get an estimate not to exceed $xxxx, especially after him telling you that he’s always very accurate in his estimates! On top of that, the movers broke a TV and caused damage to several other belongings as a result of poor and caress packing. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, I have not received any compensation or meaningful response from the company. It’s incredibly frustrating to not only suffer damage but also to be ignored afterward. Overall, I expected a professional and reliable moving service, but instead encountered inflated pricing, property damage, and a complete lack of accountability. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your moving needs.
I recently used Jensen Moving & Storage to move my 4-bedroom, 3-bath home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Peter and his team were absolutely outstanding. They carefully wrapped and protected every item, including valuables and expensive furniture, and not a single thing was scratched, banged up, or missing. I was impressed watching how much care and attention they gave to each piece—they truly treated my belongings as if they were their own. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Jensen Moving did a great job moving my 3 bedroom house! They finished right on time. The price never changed and Peter was very upfront with the cost and no extra fees. In the past, other companies charged me extra once the job was done!!! The workers were very friendly and I could tell trained very well. They wrapped everything to protect it!! This is big for me because I've had issues in the past with broken items. This was a long distance move and it went extremely good. I can only imagine how great and fast their local moving service must be!! I highly recommend giving them a try.
Howdy, these are just my thoughts. Thus is the second time I have used Jensen moving and storage. The first time was about a year ago, and they did a good job. The move this time was also well done by Wesley and Tyreek. They went above and beyond packing everything into a 10x15 storage unit. Thank you both. You deserve a raise they worked well together. So why the 4 stairs? I was quoted about 1200.00 for the move, and the final bill was 1800.00. I was told I would have 3 guys for 5 hours, but one called out sick. So I had two guys for about 8 hours each. So why the 1/3 price increase. Again, the guys worked hard and did a good job. Compared to the many other people unloading Uhaul trucks, I was glad I went with movers The billing and estimating were not good.
