Our sales associate, Sixto, was awesome. Very knowledgeable and concise, never tried to push unnecessary add ons, 6 stars. The products themselves are fantastic, can’t wait to receive our mattress and power frame next week! An experience this smooth is rare these days so it stands out, great location.
My wife and I came to Jeromes looking for a couch and Nate made our experience a smooth sailing process.He was very attentive to details and showed us a variety of options.He was very genuine in trying to the help us find the perfect couch and took our needs into consideration. He gave us our time and space to look at the different models they had available and also gave us quotes for the options we liked. Thanks to Nate we found the perfect couch for our new place.
Nate the salesman was very professional and courteous. More importantly, he made sure we were comfortable, and aware of all available options according to our wishes. Then, he helped us save a lot of money. He even acknowledged my U.S. Veteran status, and thanked me for my service, which was huge! The only downside was when the finance clerk asked me for 3 forms of I.D., when I was using my Jerome's credit card. Never in my adult life, has a retail place asked me for 3 forms of I.D. when using my store credit card. Nate, deserves ALL the credit, and more. Finance gets 2 stars.
From the moment we walked in until the time we went out, we felt welcomed and fully taken care of… the gentleman who attended to our needs was warm, and took time to understand what we were looking for… there was no rush, everything that we asked for was shown to us, up to the inventory status of the items we looked at… checking out was a breeze, and in a matter of minutes, we were proud owners of a conversation piece that also serves as a dining table… we would definitely come back to Jerome’s for future furniture upgrades.
Nate was terrific helping us find exactly what we wanted! He made the process of finding and buying a new couch super easy along with coordinating delivery the same day. We are very satisfied with our purchase! We will definitely be back again.
