I was pleased to learn that Jet City not only repairs phones, but also other devices. I had great experiences with two phone repairs, and recently they repaired/replaced my broken AirMac screen. I was stressed having this happen while traveling, they were very responsive to my questions via email and got my scheduled for the day I returned. Apple and BestBuy would've required that I leave my computer for days which would’ve been difficult with my work, and pricing was not clear. JetCity was able to repair same day, contacted me with updates during the repair, their pricing is transparent, and I believe their pricing is fair and likely better than competitors. They are also very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with folks like me who are not device savvy and have a lot of questions. The only place I will consider for any future repairs!

Excellent service! They fit me in for a same day appointment and fixed my iPhone display and screen in 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. They even have coffee and books available in their super comfy waiting area. Highly recommend!

ALL of my experiences at Jet City Device Repair have been great. Very personable, knowledgeable, friendly service at very fair prices (many of my visits have resulted in NO fees as the skilled evaluation of the devices, and their advice, have made it clear that investing in that particular repair was not in my best financial interest. They have even give me great advice about alternatives (which have been great and have NOT resulted in any money for them). When they have been able to repair my devices, it has been timely, and professionally done with excellent results. I will always take my devices there and recommend their services to all of my friends..

Jet City holds down a high quality business with fast and friendly service. I had to repair my screen twice within 5 months (both times were my fault) and each time they took about 30 min and were kind and patient with my 104 questions. They even gave me their advice on the best kind of cases and screen protectors (I've never used them but now I do!). While waiting I realized how much I used my phone to pass idle time so I spent my time thumbing through books (remember those?!) and while doing that, quite a few people came in and each time they provided quality, consistent and friendly service. They clearly have this down and are an important service in our world full of expensive devices. I should also say they replaced my screen with an official Apple screen and they charge half of what Apple does. In our world, this usually means there is a heavy compromise the customer has to brunt but this is one of those rare cases where they give you the same quality but can give it to you at a reasonable cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was impressed with the quick and thorough response I got when I showed up for my appt early. They were done in less than 30 minutes, and showed me the damaged battery they replaced. I was given thorough directions on how the new battery would charge and to bring it back should it not charge like it should. I will definitely be going back to them for any future repairs needed and highly recommend their services to others.
