I’ve had a buckle and cuff replaced here, I mailed them from Colorado. Denise emailed me promptly and the whole process took less than two weeks. Our cuff and buckle were shipped back to us with new stones and they look even better than before! Highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you for your craftsmanship and service Old Town Jewels.
Ok so went on a holiday in February. Was in a bit of a tizzy because I lost a necklace I had gotten here years before (I wore it everyday). Showed Mr. Teddy a rather fuzzy picture of my old necklace, he drew a sketch, and made a new one that same day. I think that the new one is even better. Thank y’all very much for my new necklace. I appreciate your patience and kindness.
I recently was given old town jewels as a recommendation for having an artistic conch shell repair job on a piece of jewelry. This company had super quick responses, were great with notifications and communication. They were very time efficient in repairing my jewelry and a great job. Their pricing was reasonable, fair and a great value for me as the customer. In addition, I live out of state, so my jewelry was mailed and returned via priority mail. Super Reliable, trustworthy and definitely have earned my confidence as well as my recommendation. I hope I don’t need them for a repair job again, but if I do find myself in this situation again, they will be my first call.
I am incredibly thankful to Old Town Jewels and Kalil for the repairs done to my jewelry. I was extremely devastated when I snapped the scorpion off my cuff and the tail off my scorpion belt buckle (in attempt to realign it..). There is no one in my area that specializes in Native American Jewelry so I was worried I'd never be able to have them restored as I was not willing to take them to just any jeweler considering they are unique pieces and worn almost daily. Overall, they have exceeded my expectations and they look brand new, if not better than when I initially purchased them! Kalil was just awesome in reassuring me in every step of the way, which I appreciate since I sent these in from out-of-state. I definitely will be a repeat customer!
So happy I found this place! I came to Phoenix to visit family for thanksgiving and heard there was native jewelry repair in Scottsdale. The old reliable google machine took me here and let me tell ya, they deserve all of these positive reviews! I brought two native rings in and they fixed them both (stone replacement, added extra adhesive, polished them to a shine) for only $55 total! On top of that, they were able to fix them same day which I surely appreciated because I was leaving back to LA the next day. Their costumer service is unparalleled. I am very pleased with the results and especially happy about the red coral ring. I had lost the stone on it years ago and couldn’t find anyone in California to fix it. Now I can wear my rings again and words cannot describe my gratitude. I will surely be back! :)
