Couple weeks ago we came and ate here and it was good. The whipped mashed potatoes were amazing!!! They reminded me of my grandmas growing up funny enough. Well being pregnant I started craving them. I tried calling and couldn’t get through so I gave up. A week after I get a call from Jeff from corporate. He was listening to voicemails and found mine! Needless to say Jeff is amazing corporate, props to Jeff!!! He called me back and got me 4 tubs of mashed potatoes!!! I can’t say thank you enough to Jeff!!!! We appreciate you so much!
10 out of 10. After having Mahogany’s system mess up with my online reservation. I searched for a place to have a good steak and let me tell you. Ben was our server and not only was he working a big part but he did an excellent job making sure we were taken care of. The food was delicious. For our appetizer we had the spinach artichoke dip top notch. I had the Cesar salad it was not like any I have ever had in a good way. I had the prime rib and my wife had the fish and chips. The flavors were definitely on point. We had the key lime pie for dessert and that was no disappointment either. We will most certainly be back
We love visiting Jimmy’s Chophouse. The staff is great, atmosphere is cozy and the food is delicious! We celebrated our anniversary and they treated us to complementary bubbles. This was our second visit here and we will continue to celebrate our anniversary with them.
This was our first time trying Jimmy’s Chophouse, and while it’s not our usual anniversary spot, we decided to branch out and try something new. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was attentive throughout the evening. We started with the crab cakes, which had a nice texture but a bit on the salty side for our taste. For dinner, I had the salmon with truffle potatoes and a Caesar salad. The salmon was flavorful, though I personally would’ve preferred fewer cherry tomatoes or none at all . My husband enjoyed his 10 oz ribeye with mashed potatoes and a chef salad. One thing we missed was the fresh-baked bread typically offered at steakhouses, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. A nice touch was the complimentary champagne toast and a small “Happy Anniversary” sign at our table, which made the evening feel special. All in all, it was a pleasant first visit. While a few things weren’t exactly to our liking, we appreciated the thoughtful service and effort to make our celebration feel memorable.
My first visit was for my birthday which was very enjoyable. The service was excellent from arrival to departure. Not only did they have a birthday sign on my table but they had planned a meal for my dining partner who is required to eat a vegan/gluten free diet. I even got a free slice of cake at the end. The steak and salmon were great, baked potato does cost a little more if you want all the toppings though. The chopped salad was excellent as a starter. I was a little disappointed they didn’t have bread as most every other steak restaurant does but one of the appetizers is a focaccia with a balsamic/sun-dried tomato dip which was a reasonable alternative. This was a far better experience than I had at another local steak house for my birthday last year so I’ll definitely add it to the rotation.
