What a pleasant experience! Needed my new watch sized and they were so patient with the needed back and forth adjustments to ensure it fit to my liking. The staff was so friendly and so thorough even for a simple watch sizing. I recommend anyone in the Long Beach area - great selection of diamonds and jewelry as well.
Josh and his jewelry crew keeps the sparkle in my step and my husband out of the dog house. Diamonds really are a girls best friend!
I have been going to J and L for many years. Watches have been repairs, batteries changed, and had them all cleaned up. All of the staff a the store are kind, friendly, and super helpful. They provide many options when repairing or replacing jewelry. I can't recommend this place enough.
I loved my experience with J&L! My husband purchased some earrings from J&L for me for Christmas, but they weren't quite my style, so I visited to exchange them. Molly was fantastic! She was friendly, fun, and very helpful. I spent a while trying on different pairs of earrings, and Molly never made me feel hurried or pressured. Normally I don't really like shopping, but I had such a great time! And I love my new earrings!
J&L is a very nice place to go shop for jewelries and watches repair. I did both. I am truly glad to have this shop. All the ladies who work there are really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. And there is Josh a marvelous and delightful gentleman. His recommendations always right and very satisfying. I may not be a big jewelry spender but if I do need something this is where I go. Their services and kindness are priceless.
