We had John Henry come out to check our heat pump. Brandon was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything he was checking and why, which was nice. He did not pressure me for added service we did not need, but explained what they had to offer in a friendly, non-pressure way.
Heater died and the parts for my unit were discontinued. Wes and Joel were able to help me schedule the installation and walk me through the financing process, they were really nice and understanding. Thankfully the install was able to get scheduled for the next day. Chase R, Reese C and Paul M all got to my place on time and we're not only very professional but they were also educative on the new unit care and tips. I would recommend their service highly.
I needed a new water heater and at some I was planning on replacing the water softener. I ended up doing both with John Henry's. I work in construction so I have some experience with things like this. I had an estimate from another company and it was a hundreds cheaper, but the experience I had with John Henry's is definitely worth the difference. I Had a great experience from dispatch to the plumber who did the water heater installation. I called dispatch 30 minutes before closing and the lady was nice and had a great attitude. My appointment was two days after the phone call. The plumber Ian showed up to take a look and provide an estimate. He was very helpful and was happy to answer all my questions. Once I okayed the estimate he got to work right away and installed a new water heater and a new water softener within a few hours. He did an amazing job with the installation and his work is clean. I would recommend this company for friends and family. Next time I need plumber they will be the only company I call. Thank you guys for the great service.
My excellent experience began with Sid, who promptly came to my home and outlined what options were best for my home's new AC/furnace. I really appreciated the fact that he simply laid out the information and ensured the next steps were clear. Reese and Chase showed up to install my new whole-house system. They were friendly, professional, and were able to meet the estimated timelines, complete with a informative and helpful walkthrough of my system. The electrician went above and beyond his role by letting me know of other concerns that he noticed while wiring up my new AC/furnace. After installation was complete, Bradley and Jacob did an excellent job cleaning my home's air duct system. 5 out of 5 stars well-earned for this great company. I felt confident the entire way through the process and can tell their crews are well-trained. Thank you all for your professional assistance, hard work, and timeliness!
John Henry’s was great to work with. They came out, gave us a free estimate on the spot for the work we wanted done and the price was fair. They let us schedule a time that worked for us and then came out and installed our new shower base and mixing valve, and tub and mixing valve with no issues. The guys that came to our house were knowledgeable and patient with the tight tub quarters and figured out the best way to approach it with the least amount of wall repair as able. We are very happy with their work.
