Can’t recommend working with John Marzullo enough! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! John helped us buy our new home and sell our current home on a very tight timeline around Christmas and New Years, which was impressive. When buying our new home, he helped us craft a very attractive and thoughtful offer that ultimately allowed us to win against multiple other offers. He guided us through the process of buying and selling and always took the time to explain everything to us, answer our questions and give us his honest advice and feedback. John is professional, thorough, smart, strategic, personable, responsive and honest. He has a wonderful team that works with him and he even gave us some great recommendations for lenders, home insurance, etc. Asking John to be our realtor was the best decision we made and we will absolutely work with him again in the future!
